Monday – Swim class.. see below post
Tuesday – Off, I ended up meeting up with Team Rogue for Happy Hour.
Wednesday – Swim Class, we did a warm-up and drills followed by a good 20 minute swim. I was slower than I wanted to be but that is okay. Give me a few weeks and hopefully I will be back where I used to be.
Thursday –
AM - Total Conditioning at Lifetime Fitness. This class kicked my butt, but it was soo much fun. I can’t wait to do it again on Thursday.
PM – Swim Class - Workout -
Warm up:100 Free
75 BABA
50 DPS
25 Kick
Drills:4 x 25 Finger-Tip Drag
2 x 50 Catch-up
4 x 25 flip (5 freestyle strokes then flipturn)
Kick Set w/fins:
2 X 50 Kick w/ board
2 X 50 Kick on side
2 X 50 10/3/10 Drill
Main Set:
5 x 100 @ Interval Try to keep same pace on all 5 x 100s.
100 easy
Friday – 40 minutes of Cardio
Saturday - 45 minutes/ 5.0 miles of Cardio
Sunday – 20 of spinning plus Core class that was 1 hour long... Yes my abs hurt. It even hurts to laugh.
