I don't have that much upper body strength so I figured I would give it a try since alot of my friends are doing it too. Last night I completed Day 1 and it wasn't too bad. I also got my hubby to do it too. Although I don't think it is fair that he gets to start on Week 3. But towards the end his arms started to shake and he slowed down alot so I felt much better about it. Can't wait to be able to keep up with my hubby in our quest to do 100 push-ups in 6 weeks!!
