Since I am doing the race tomorrow I decided to hit the gym instead. I don't know if that was the best idea before the race since I hadn't been to this class in ages. This class is really really hard. It is the toughest class they offer. And since I hadn't been in awhile, I had my butt handed to me on a silver platter. This class kicked my butt and then some. I was hurting and think I will be hurting for a couple of days, especially my upper body.

how many classes are you taking at Lifetime Fitness?
I am trying to hit the gym at least 3 or 4 times a week. I am cutting back my running days and doing more cross training to prevent myself from getting injured again. I think the mileage was just too much on my body.
