It was freezing outside. I made it a point to not look at my phone when I got up to find out what the temp was otherwise I would have talked myself out of running. I got there and none of my running buddies were there. I did the warm-up faster than what I wanted but I didn't want to be left by myself. I didn't know the route at all. Luckily during the 2nd loop Dee finally caught up to me. I was so thankful to see her. I was ready to call it a day if I hadn't I seen her. She passed me and I just tried to keep up with her and talk to her and it worked. Before I knew it I was done.

I was really sleepy today, but I made it to class and I finished the class strong. I don't think I ate enough today. I need to eat more and drink more on the double workout days.
