I really haven't been to the pool in a long time but we had a great practice. It was pretty chilly outside but once we got swimming it really wasn't that bad. The only problem is that when stopped we all got really cold. I didn't push off of any walls to prevent from my leg getting any worse. I just stayed nice and relaxed and had a great time. We also worked on our flip-turns!! I got alot of water up my nose the 1st few times but after that I was pretty good. I can't wait to really try it with pushing off the walls and not pretending. I forgot how much I missed being in the water. What is also a plus that is class is pretty small so we get alot of attention and Foho's boyfriend is in my class too. We also got a cool Rogue towel for being in the class!!
