Doesn't look good. I have bad news and good news. First with my left heel, looks like I have the same thing I did in July. I took some time off and it felt alot better but now it is back. But this time it doesn't look that bad. So that is good right? Maybe it is because I actually listened to my body this time and backed off some on the running instead of pushing through the pain. We are going to try rest to see how it does than if not try something else.
Now there is my right tibia. I do show signs of shin-splints but no biggie there. But the main problem is there is an impending fracture. And with my history of having a fracture there before we are going to treat it like one. So I have crutches and a boot. I will have to be on crutches for about a week or two then the boot until then pain goes away. Looks like I might be out for up to 6 weeks depending on how quickly I can heel.

That's the rub about running, or any sport (except maybe swimming,) you can overdo it, even just a bit and pay for it. Ouch.

Aww, I'm sorry, Stephanie. At least it's not one of those situations where you have pain but nobody believes you because they don't see a cause! Those are the kinds of situations I always get into.
I hope you heal really, really fast.
