My 1st run back from injury!! I was so excited to get out there and run again. I felt like I was crawling. I thought the walkers were going to pass me. But after looking at my time I was slow, but not that slow. There was no pain in my heel, but mainly pain from my orthotics. I still haven't gotten used to them again. I had originally thought I was going to do 4 miles, but then decided I can do more than that. I figured that 20 laps would be boring so I decided to do straights and curves for 3 miles and 1 mile warm-up and 1 mile cool-down. I am going to take Wednesday off and try to run Thursday and Saturday.
