I took it nice and easy. I did a 3 mile loop around the house. My stupid Garmin wouldn't ever load up so I just decided to run with just time. I was happy with my overall pace being 9:16/mile. My legs felt kinda heavy at the beginning, but then felt better towards the end. No pain!! I have a massage scheduled for today so hopefully it will help. This week I ran 50% of what was on my schedule. I got in 26 miles total for the week. Next week I am going to run 75% of what is on my schedule so about 35 miles.
